Application Process

  • If you haven’t already, please schedule a tour. During your visit, we will also provide you with an application and information package. 
  • Download and complete our Application/Registration form. 
  • Submit the application, required documentation, and $25 application fee.

Required Documentation

To ease with the facilitation of creating cumulative folders, we require the following items on file:

  • Completed Application & $25 Application Fee
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Immunization Records (CA Immunization Requirements)
  • First Eucharist Certificate (if applicable)
  • Most recent report card (transfer students in grades 1–8)
  • Most recent standardized test scores (transfer students in grades 1–8)
